"It's not the size of the man, but the size of his heart"

Growing up my first love was dancing. I fell in love with it when I was just 2 years old and begged my sisters dance teacher to let me join the classes. At the age of 4 I had competed in numerous competitions and eisteddfod's. I also grew up with a brother who was a professional athlete, and competitively did Judo throughout most of his teen life. Throughout my school life, I dove into sports like soccer and rugby league, and continued dancing into adulthood. What this means is, I get it. I get sport. I get the love of the game, I get the fire you feel in your belly before and during a game. I truly think this helps me capture those special sporting moments. I have had the privilege of photographing the Brisbane Jackals RLFC throughout several competitions, including their debut in the Las Vegas 9s in 2025 and I can honestly say, it has been one of the greatest personal and professional opportunities I have had.
